Physio led Pilates class

This class is aimed at seniors who find it a challenge to get on/off the floor but like to be challenged!

Instruction is with Dr Jane Hall, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Certified Pilates Instructor.

The class will be held on Monday afternoons between 2.30-3.30pm.
