Platters of cooked roast beef and gammon, Warm crusty bread rolls, Cooked chicken legs, Sliced pork pie, Salad bowls, Selection of quiches, Sausage rolls, Pasta salad bowls, Coleslaws and pickles.

Served with assorted crisps and nibbles, Cheese board with biscuits and grapes.

Cold Meat Buffet

As above (option 3) with New potatoes, Roast potatoes and a selection of Gateau’s and Cakes.

Sandwich Platter

Filled with Cheese & Tomato, Egg Mayonnaise, Ham Salad, Tuna & Cucumber and Chicken Mayonnaise

Afternoon Tea

Served on Vintage style 3 tier cake stands, offering a combination of sandwiches (Cheese, Ham, Tuna, Chicken and Egg), cakes and scones with cream and jam. Served with a cup of tea.

Hot Rolls

Hot roast beef rolls served with horseradish, Hot pork & stuffing rolls served with apple sauce, Hot fish finger rolls served with tartare sauce and Hot bacon rolls served with tomato sauce.

Burgers

All beef 1/4lb burger, All beef 1/4lb Cheese burger, Jumbo hotdog

All served with chips and Sauces

A portion of chips (minimum numbers required).

Main (choice of) Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding, Roast chicken with stuffing or vegetarian lasagna. All served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Dessert (Choice of) Cheesecake, Meringue with fresh fruit or Chocolate fudge cake.

 

Wood Fired Hog Roast

  

All hog roasts are freshly cooked on site, over a real open-flame wood fire served on paper plates with paper napkins. *

We normally allow 1 ½ rolls per person, unless your guests have large appetites when you may need to allow two per person.

All our meat feasts are freshly cooked on site, over a real open-flame wood fire.

 

Choice of meats as standard (although we are happy to cater for other requirements – please enquire if you don’t see something you’d like), with a selection of side dishes.

 

All prices include fresh bread rolls with a selection of sauces served on paper plates with paper napkins & plastic cutlery. * We normally allow 1 ½ rolls per person, unless your guests have large appetites when you may need to allow two per person.

 This is served buffet style with guests going to the BBQ tent where they help themselves to a plate and paper napkin* and we serve the food of their choice on to their plate.

Served with a fresh bread roll, grated cheese, onions, sliced tomato and a selection of packaged sauces.

(Vegetarian option of burger & sausage may be substituted on request)

 

Beef burger, Pork steak, Chicken wings and Pulled beef

Served with a fresh bread roll or self-service French baguette, Tomato salad, Potato salad and hot new potatoes with a selection of sauces.

(Vegetarian option of burger and mackerel or salmon fillet may be substituted on request)

 

Minted lamb burger, Lamb chops, Chicken portions, Spare-ribs and Pulled Beef & pork

Served with a Green leaf salad, Tomato salad, Hot baby potatoes, Hot sweetcorn and self-serve fresh bread selection with home-made sauces.

(Vegetarian option of home-made burgers and whole fish may be substituted upon request)
