What is included in the ticket price?

• Entry to our spooky Halloween themed party - 6pm until 11pm

• Halloween games

• Disco music

• Bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails 2pm until 6pm

• Do you do large group discount?

Yes! We offer a discount on group sales of over 10 tickets. Please email abby@foxysden.co.uk. This is restricted to a minimum of 10.

​

• Will you release more tickets if the event is sold out?

Once the event is sold out, there will be no further tickets as we are limited by venue capacity.

​

• Is the venue accessible?

There is a small ‘lip’ to get in the front door, but once inside the venue it is fully accessible with both disabled and baby change facilities available.

​

• Is this event restricted to over 18s?

All ages are encouraged and welcomed to the event. We are a family friendly venue.

​

• Will the Foxy’s Den minibus be available to shuttle people home?

Yes! Our minibus will be running at the end of the night to drop people back to the local area. As normal, we only ask for a minimum £5 donation per adult. You are welcome to leave vehicles at Foxy’s Den overnight.

• What can I do if I cannot find my confirmation email/tickets?

Don’t worry, just email abby@foxysden.co.uk and we can send you another confirmation.

• Will tickets be available on the door?

We would always encourage you to purchase tickets in advance to guarantee your entry and the best price. If the event is sold out there will be no tickets available on the door.

​

• What is your refund policy?

Our tickets are non-refundable, however if the event were to be cancelled or postponed, you would be entitled to a full refund. If you are no longer able to attend, you are welcome to gift or sell your tickets on.
