Taking place on Friday 30 October 2026, this fun-filled evening is suitable for the whole family, with a disco, Halloween games for the children and a best-dressed competition.

Dressing up is warmly encouraged, so dust off your broomsticks, practise your monster walk and come wearing your most fang-tastic Halloween costume!

Whether you transform yourself into a witch, vampire, ghost, pumpkin or your favourite character, we cannot wait to see everyone’s costumes.

Our fully stocked bar will be open throughout the evening, offering a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to purchase.

Tickets are just £5 per adult and £3 per child, so gather your family and friends and book early to avoid missing out!

• What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes entry to the Family Halloween Party, a family disco, Halloween games for the children and the opportunity to enter our best-dressed competition.

• How much does the event cost?

Tickets are £5 per adult (18+), £3 per child (17yrs and under).

• Do adults and children both need a ticket?

Yes, everyone attending the event will need their own £5 ticket.

• Is the event suitable for children?

Yes, this is a family-friendly event suitable for children and adults of all ages. All children must remain supervised by a responsible adult throughout the evening.

• Do we have to dress up?

Dressing up is not compulsory, but it is warmly encouraged! Anyone arriving in costume can take part in our best-dressed competition.

• Is the venue accessible?

There is a small ‘lip’ at the front door, but once inside, the venue is fully accessible. Disabled and baby-change facilities are available.

• Where is Foxy’s Den?

• Will the Foxy’s Den minibus be available?

The availability of our courtesy minibus will be confirmed closer to the event. Please contact us before booking if transport is an important part of your plans.

• What should I do if I cannot find my confirmation email or tickets?

Don’t worry - email abby@foxysden.co.uk, and we can send you another confirmation.

• Will tickets be available on the door?

Tickets may be available on the door if the event has not sold out. We strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your places.

• What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if the event is cancelled or postponed, you will be entitled to a full refund. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us to find out whether we have a waiting list.
